In just over two weeks time, the 2009 Manchester Comedy Festival begins it run. Taking place between Thursday 15th & Sunday 25th October, it takes in dozens of shows in over 20 venues spread right across the City and LOL! Manchester will be there too! Alas there is no City Life Comedian of the Year in 2009 but the organisers say that it will be back with a vengeance next year.
