Every Month deep beneath a bar on Thomas Street, there is a Silo ready to launch an arsenal of 'you had to be there' moments in stand up comedy. TV21, one of Manchester's sci-fi venues, hosts this oddity of comedy gigs, steered through by Mick Ferry, easily one of the UK's best comperes. His mixture of regular stand up comedy, monthly challenges set by his audience and showcase of 3 new acts (via the Starchasers segment) has made the night something special and something of a cult following.
Tomorrow night sees Mick introduce Midland's funny lady Susan and Justin Moorhouse, one of the finest comics Manchester has given birth to, but Space Cadets wouldn't be Space Cadets without whats made the gig what it is, so it's presenting the World Premiere of 4 Minute Warning. Its a short film made by circuit regular Caimh McDonnell, which stars Mr Ferry as well as a host of Comedians. Get to see it first Tomorrow!
